Who we are

Koach Krob (“we”) provides baseball training sessions and this booking website. Questions about this policy can be sent to krobathletics@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address and phone number.
• Athlete profile: athlete name, age and age group, school, graduation year, team, positions, height and weight, experience, goals, injury notes and any notes you add.
• Booking and credit history, including sessions booked, cancelled and completed.
• Payment records such as plan purchased, amount and status. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by us.

How we use it

To create and secure your account, schedule and coach sessions, track training credits, process payments, send confirmations and reminders, and improve the training we offer. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help run the business: our hosting and database provider, our payment processor, and Google Calendar for scheduling. Each may only use the information to provide their service to us, or where the law requires disclosure.

Children’s information

Accounts are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. Athlete information is provided by that adult and is used solely to coach the athlete safely and effectively.

Your choices

You can view and edit your profile at any time from your account page, cancel upcoming sessions, turn off plan auto-renewal, and close your account. Closing your account removes your login and profile; we keep the minimum payment records required for tax and accounting purposes.

Security

Data is stored on managed, access-controlled infrastructure and every account can only read its own records. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know by email.
